Ari Roitman, based in Philadelphia and New York, leads Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Sports Practice. He is passionate about forging deep connections with clients as he helps them develop their leadership abilities to attain major professional and organizational objectives.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ari was the Founder and CEO of Pivot Consulting Group, a consulting firm that specializes in marketing and strategic revenue growth. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ari held top positions in professional sports organizations, including as Senior Vice President of Business for the Philadelphia Eagles and Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing for Major League Baseball.
Ari holds a B.A. from Cornell University and, as part of Pivot, developed a mentoring program that helps aspiring sports business professionals break into the industry. In his free time, he enjoys travel and volunteering in his community, including as a youth basketball and baseball coach.
