Alice Todorov serves as European Head of Private Capital and is a core member of the French Financial Services team. She draws on her extensive experience working in Private Equity in London and Paris to advise clients on leadership, recruitment, and talent development with a particular focus on senior-level investment professionals, investor relations and group functions, as well as building senior management teams of portfolio companies. She has worked with large-cap and mid-cap funds across Europe in multiple sectors. She is an active member of the Sustainability Practice Group and has been particularly active in the Private Equity Impact space.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Alice worked in General Atlantic’s London office. Earlier, Alice held several positions in investment banking at Lazard and Barclays, focusing on French mergers and acquisitions and TMT in Paris and London.

Alice has an MSc in management from HEC Paris (Grandes Ecoles).
