Anna Jumentier, based in Paris, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice Group. With a strong background in the Consumer, Retail, Entertainment and Hospitality sectors, she supports clients in shaping the future of their businesses through effective talent management and executive assessment strategies. Anna’s experience spans working with both global corporations and mid-sized family-owned enterprises, allowing her to bring a tailored approach to executive leadership challenges.
What drives me most about my work at Egon Zehnder is supporting our clients in their executive talent management strategies and helping them shape the future of their industries together.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anna worked in the International Department of French retailer Casino Group, where she was Chief of Staff to the CEO and a member of the BU’s leadership team. She further honed her strategic consulting skills at Monitor Deloitte within the Private Equity practice, focusing on a broad range of sectors. This blend of corporate and consulting experience enables her to offer unique insights and solutions for clients navigating complex business landscapes.
Anna holds a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School (France & Singapore). She is an active member of the French Chief of Staff Club, where she contributes to shaping the future of Chief of Staff positions in France, as well as the Women First Club, advocating for female leadership and mentoring. In her personal life, Anna is passionate about theme parks and enjoys spending time with her partner, friends, and dog. She finds energy by traveling, organizing events and singing.
