Louise is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Sustainability practices, leading the firm’s efforts in France across Tech Services, Fintech, Chief Product Officers and Chief Sustainability Officers. Leveraging her international background and experience in both corporate and scaleup environments, she partners with private equity-backed, founder-led, and corporate organizations to attract and develop top leadership talent.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Louise served as a Director at Fabernovel, a leading digital transformation and innovation consultancy. Earlier, she led European strategy for Braintree, a PayPal-owned payments platform, and worked as a Manager in New Delhi with HCL Technologies, a global IT services leader.
Louise holds a Master in History and Literature from La Sorbonne and the University of Edinburgh, as well as an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is passionate about literature and has a deep appreciation for contemporary art.
