Tristan de Silguy, based in Paris, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice. He has particular expertise in wholesale banking and insurance, and guides management assessment and development projects. Tristan coheads Egon Zehnder’s Global Banking and Markets Practice. He also leads Egon Zehnder’s Financial Officers Practice in France and contributes to the Private Capital and Human Resources practices.

I serve as a compass to help navigate complex talent projects. To address client needs, I aim at identifying solutions that push existing boundaries.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Tristan was an Assistant Director at Rothschild & Cie in Paris and part of the mergers and acquisitions generalist team. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group and an Associate in General French Coverage at UBS Investment Bank.

Tristan earned an MA in business economics from ESCP Paris. He graduated in law studies from University of Paris X-Nanterre. Outside of work, he is an avid sailor and enjoys competing in regattas with friends and family.
