André Abram leads Egon Zehnder’s Brazilian operation and acts as an executive search and development consultant, focusing on financial services, private equity, and senior leadership positions in general. André has accumulated significant experience in strengthening the leadership of organizations through leadership development programs and advancing the governance and dynamics of Executive Committees and Boards of Directors.
My work feels like that of an engineer, a behavioral psychologist, a performing artist, and an endurance athlete, all rolled into one.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, André was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in São Paulo, leading projects in financial services and public education. He originally started his career in capital markets and the telecommunications industry.
André holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraná, an extension in Capital Markets from IBMEC, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the USA. He is an active contributor to the board of Fundação Estudar, an institution that offers scholarships and development programs for high-potential undergraduate and graduate students.
