Based in São Paulo, Suzana Pacheco works in Egon Zehnder’s Automotive Industry and Board Review practices. She is passionate about cultural transformation, change management, and supporting executives in their career progression with an innovative approach.

Before joining to Egon Zehnder, she had a long career at Volkswagen, starting in the HR area before being expatriated to Germany. Upon her return to Brazil, she assumed the position of Chief of Staff, responsible for strategic matters and serving as a liaison with the headquarters in Germany. She then became Head of the company’s business transformation and innovation office, using agile methodologies to improve management practices and project development.
Suzana graduated from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora in Brazil with a bachelor’s degree in business administration while spending a year abroad at Siegen University in Germany. She then obtained an MBA from the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) and completed the FIA Business School’s advanced JUMP program. Outside work, Suzana enjoys mentoring young leaders and professionals, reading widely, and barbecuing with family and friends.
