Egon Zehnder's Seoul office was established in 2002, but we have worked in Korea since the early 1980s out of our Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo locations.

Our three consultants and five professional and support staff serve the multinational conglomerates known as chaebols, many of which are headquartered in this city of 25 million. Seoul is a city of contrasts where the very old and new meet. The traditional side is very conservative, counterbalanced by this modern and sophisticated city.
