Hee-Jae Lee is the Seoul Office Leader for Egon Zehnder in Korea. He focuses on executive search and leadership advisory services for multinational companies, financial institutions, investors and business owners across various sectors.

Hee-Jae has extensive experience in strategy and investments, having held senior positions at several Korean conglomerates and international investment banks. He was the Senior Executive Vice President for Strategy and Investments at CKD Holdings, the parent company of Chong Kun Dang pharmaceutical group. He also served as Executive Vice President and Head of M&A at CJ Corporation, the holding company of CJ Group, and as Chief Strategy Officer at CJ Logistics. Before that, he was a Managing Director and Head of M&A for Korea at J.P. Morgan and also worked at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.
Hee-Jae graduated from Yale University with a BA in Political Science and completed his Executive MBA at Kellogg-HKUST. He is married with two grown-up children and likes to travel, ski, and watch movies with his family. He also enjoys playing golf, following English Premier League soccer, and exploring new restaurants with friends.
