Before joining Egon Zehnder, Yimin served on the Executive Management Board at Carcoustics, a globally operating German automotive parts supplier headquartered in Leverkusen. In this role, he led the company’s regional business in Asia. Earlier in his career, he held various management roles at Continental ContiTech.
Born in Shanghai, Yimin has lived in both Germany and China. He holds a bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering from Tongji University in China and a graduate degree in mechanical engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover in Germany. He also earned an EMBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University’s Antai College of Economics & Management. When not working, Yimin enjoys staying active through fitness, jogging, and playing tennis. He is also a passionate home cook who loves delighting his family and friends with his culinary creations.

加入亿康先达之前，朱亦敏曾任职于总部位于德国勒沃库森的全球性汽车零部件供应商卡酷思，并担任执行管理委员会成员，负责领导公司在亚洲的区域业务。在此之前，他曾在大陆康迪泰克担任多项管理职位。
朱亦敏出生于上海，在中德两地均有工作生活经历。他拥有同济大学汽车工程学士学位、德国汉诺威大学机械工程硕士学位，并获得上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院的EMBA学位。工作之余，亦敏热爱通过健身、慢跑和打网球保持活力。他也是一位充满热情的家庭厨师，喜欢用美味佳肴为家人和朋友带来欢乐。
