Julian Ho, has deep expertise in leadership advisory across the energy, chemicals, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. He leads Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region, and co-leads the Chemical and Process Industry Practice for Asia Pacific. His work to facilitate the investments of many large global companies in Singapore has given him firsthand insight into their leadership and talent needs. Julian is active in helping global, regional, and local enterprises leverage Singapore as a talent base for the Asia-Pacific market through his work in CEO-succession, executive and team assessment and development, and executive search.

Before joining the Egon Zehnder team, Julian spent 17 years working for the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) with stints in London, Stockholm, and New York leading operations to promote foreign investment. He also led the development of the Energy and Chemicals cluster as Executive Director. Most recently Julian served as Assistant Managing Director, overseeing a wide range of engineering and industrial clusters.
Julian earned a BSc in biomedical engineering and a BA in economics from Brown University in the U.S. He also completed the Sloan Fellows Program (MBA) at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
