Yuki Naito is a core member of the Financial Services, Technology, and Consumer Practice Groups at Egon Zehnder. He specializes in private equity, venture capital, and strategic investments, working with both investors and portfolio companies to enhance management capabilities. His key services include CEO succession, leadership advisory, executive search, and strengthening management teams.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Yuki was a Business Development Manager at Mitsui & Co., one of Japan's largest investment and trading firms. He managed multiple M&A and PMI projects in steel, energy, and consumer goods sectors. He brings extensive international experience, including a two-year secondment in Brazil as an executive assistant with Mitsui’s portfolio company and working as an associate intern at Verod-Kepple Africa Ventures (Kenya/Nigeria) during his MBA.
Yuki holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Waseda University. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, traveling (having visited over 50 countries), and sipping sake and wine with his wife and friends.

大学を卒業後、三井物産にて鉄鋼製品、エネルギー、食品・流通・消費財領域のM&Aプロジェクトを複数担当。ブラジル駐在時には食品製造子会社に出向し、経営計画の策定や事業再編に従事。その後、米国投資先の社長後継プロジェクトを担当したことがきっかけでエグゼクティブサーチ領域に関心を持ち、エゴンゼンダーに入社。
また、MBA在学中にはケニア及びナイジェリアに拠点を構えるベンチャーキャピタル/Verod-Kepple Africa Venutresにて、アソシエイトとしてインターンを実施。早稲田大学 文化構想学部卒業、INSEADにてMBA取得。
