Before joining Egon Zehnder, Andrzej was with Ernst & Young working between Warsaw, London and Zurich, advancing to become a Partner with EY’s EMEIA Transformation Center with responsibility for orchestrating smart factory programs and leading organizational and cultural transformations. Earlier in his career Andrzej was a process engineer at Procter & Gamble, focusing on upskilling operational teams and enabling both global and local organizations achieve world-class performance.
Andrzej earned an MS degree from AGH University of Kraków, then went on to complete a postgraduate project at the Łódź Polytechnic and train as a lean service expert at Cardiff University. He subsequently obtained an MBA in technology from the Hult International Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts and an Executive MBA in business from IE Business School in Madrid. Andrzej also holds a variety of certifications including PgMP, PMP, CPIM, CLTD, CSCP, SPHRi, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Certified Change Management Professional. Outside work, Andrzej enjoys spending time and exploring new places all around the world with his wife and their daughter.
