Elena holds dual German and Swiss citizenship.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Elena drove strategic initiatives and shaped group strategy at Swiss Re. Prior to that she was a manager with Bain & Company, advising clients on strategy, investments, organization, and change management across the private equity, banking, insurance, and manufacturing sectors.
Elena earned a BA in business administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and an MBA from INSEAD. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and kids, hiking in the Swiss Alps and walking in the forest. Elena is also a certified yoga teacher and practitioner and thrives on good food and deep conversations.

Davor war sie als Managerin bei Bain & Company tätig und beriet Kunden in den Bereichen Strategie, Investitionen, Organisation und Change-Management in den Sektoren Private Equity, Banken, Versicherungen und Industrie.
Elena verfügt über einen BA in Betriebswirtschaft von der Universität St. Gallen sowie einen MBA von INSEAD. Ihre Freizeit verbringt Elena mit ihrer Familie in der Natur, ist zertifizierte Yogalehrerin und -praktikerin und genießt gutes Essen und tiefgründige Gespräche.
