Based in Zurich, Natalia is a core member of the Firm’s Industrial and Leadership Advisory practices. Drawing on her passion for innovation, sustainability and transformational change, she works with leaders at the executive and board levels, advising clients in process industries, packaging, ingredients and nutrition, as well as in industrial equipment and clean tech sectors. Natalia has deep expertise in executive assessments and co-leads the Firm’s Sustainability practice in Switzerland.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Natalia served as a Global Venture Leader at DuPont in Geneva after holding commercial roles at the EMEA and global levels. Earlier, she cofounded an innovative consultancy helping growth of small and mid-sized companies. She started her career in sustainability management at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
Natalia earned a Diploma in physics (cum laude) from Moscow State University, a Master of Science in Integrated Assessment from the University of Osnabrück, Germany, and an MBA at IMD, Switzerland. As leadership development practitioner, she also holds an INSEAD Coaching Certificate. She is fluent in four languages and understands a few more. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys spending time with her family, classical music, literature, and nature.
