The majority of women in the early stages of their professional career aspire to executive leadership positions, reports Staffing Industry Analysts citing a new Egon Zehnder survey. But ambition wanes as women move up the career ladder, with 72% who believe in advancement opportunities dropping to 57%. "We believe that diverse and inclusive leaders create a better world where organizations and economies not only grow, but thrive," notes Egon Zehnder’s CEO Rajeev Vasudeva, commenting on the findings. The study: “Leaders & Daughters Global Survey,” analyses over 7,000 female professionals women from seven countries.
