In a world that changes so fast, you need to look for people who have the ability to adapt and grow. How to measure potential? According to Fernández-Aráoz, you need to be aware of your own biases and not necessarily look for someone you feel most comfortable with. Instead, look for the right mix of hunger and humility and four key personality traits: curiosity, insight, engagement and determination.
