On June 1st of 2023, Egon Zehnder hosted our Leaders & Daughters event in Buenos Aires. We brought together very special guests for an evening aimed at empowering and developing the next generation of female leaders.  

Partner and Office Leader of the Southern cone office Cristina Manterola kicked off the evening with a keynote, and we held a panel with five distinguished leaders in Buenos Aires: Soledad Acuña Minister of Education of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Melina Masnatta, Entrepreneur in Educational Technology and Diversity, María Cherñajovsky, Creative Director of CHER and Entrepreuner, Verónica Pinazo, General Manager of Gire, Elisa Insúa Economist and Visual Artist. 

The evening inspired and encouraged our guests, and we are deeply grateful for everyone who attended. We look forward to keep fostering and empowering the next generation of leaders to be authentic and exert their positive influence in family, friends, businesses, government, and other pillars of society.
