Michael Wilson, based in Melbourne, leads Egon Zehnder’s Industrial practice in Australia and is active in the firm’s Digital and Technology practices. He works with companies across sectors on digital change and transformation. He also advises CEOs, board members and executive teams on leadership development.

It’s an honor to work with leaders as they navigate difficult decisions. I genuinely enjoy helping clients and candidates achieve their organizational and career goals.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Michael served as the GM for Organisational Change at Australia’s fastest growing digital bank. Before that, he led global commercial innovation programs at General Electric in Fairfield, Connecticut and New York City and the regional rollout of GE’s innovation and digital transformation strategy while based in Melbourne, Australia. Earlier, Michael was with Kimberly Clark, where he managed product and technology innovations across multiple consumer and B2B brands.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Cornell University. He loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters and enjoys fitness, hiking, paddleboarding and basketball.
