Adele Prichard, based in Sydney, is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory, Professional Services and Financial Services practices. She leverages her proven skills in leadership assessment and development methodology to help clients worldwide master talent-related challenges. Her extensive global expertise across industries has made her a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues. Adele is also active in the Firm’s Real Estate Services, Consumer and Government & Regulatory practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Adele held various roles at a British real estate investment trust, an educational charity, and a global telehealth provider. She also spent a number of years working for a local consumer goods start-up.
Adele earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and is completing a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University. She is a provisionally registered psychologist and belongs to the Australian Psychological Society. Outside work she enjoys swimming and practicing yoga, spending time with family and friends, and is an enthusiastic traveller. Adele is also a trained Samaritans (UK) Listening Volunteer.
