Connect With Me

Based in Basel, Fabian Schrank advises clients as a member of Egon Zehnder’s Health and Consumer Goods practices. He is a trusted advisor to senior executives and nonexecutive board directors, leveraging his expertise and industry experience to help them meet their challenges.

I’m passionate about helping leaders fully unlock their own potential and that of their teams and organizations for succeeding in today’s fast-paced, multifaceted world.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Fabian defined and shaped the global strategy of Bayer Consumer Health as its Associate Strategy Director. Prior to that, he was a project leader at the Boston Consulting Group, advising clients on strategy, organization, and transformation. Earlier in his career, Fabian served as a Senior Consultant at Strategy& (part of the PwC) and was an international operational auditor at Nestlé.

Fabian earned a BA in business administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and then concurrently completed an MA in accounting and finance from that institution and an MA in international management from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. Fabian enjoys recharging his batteries by spending time in the mountains with his wife and daughters, skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
