Wasko Rothmann is consultant in our Berlin office and active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial practice. In particular, he works at the interface between traditional industries and the technology sector. Clients also value Wasko as an experienced consultant in the field of Leadership Solutions: in top team and leadership development, in executive assessments or in culture-shaping leadership programs.

One of the biggest challenges that leaders face is recognizing their organization’s strengths and cultivating them to produce outstanding results. I’m excited to help them achieve this.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Wasko was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. He worked on digital and agile transformation, HR and organization, and the future of work. Prior to that, he spent several years researching and teaching at various universities in the field of management and organization. Early on in his career, he worked in the media and cultural business.

Wasko earned degrees as Master of Science in Business Administration, Master of Arts in Philosophy & Literature, and a PhD in Strategic Management & Organization. He is Member of the Editorial Board of „zfo“, Germany‘s leading journal for Leadership and Organization, and Member of the Advisory Board of the East German Economic Forum.
