Connect With Me

Rogério Scatolini leads the Industrial Practice in Brazil. Based in São Paulo and active in Rio de Janeiro, he brings deep expertise in executive search and the assessment and development of leaders.

Long-term relationships with people and organizations inspire me. I love spotting talented executives, contributing to their development, and helping them along their career paths.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Rogério was Global Director for Base Metals, Energy, and Fertilizers Capital Projects at Vale and previously served as Director of Strategic Procurement for Capital Projects. He was a Project Manager with Odebrecht, a large Brazilian industrial conglomerate, and a Leadership Development Associate at Shea Homes, based in California.

Rogério earned a BS in civil engineering at Escola Politécnica de São Paulo and an MBA from the Walter Hass School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was awarded a full scholarship. When not working, he enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family.
