Anthony Santino, based in Belgium and also covering Luxembourg, advises on leadership talent and development across sectors but is mainly active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Services, Private Capital, Technology Officers and Sport practices. He is also a trusted advisor to governments and public institutions.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anthony was a Principal at consulting firm Roland Berger and an auditor for Deloitte. He is co-teaching the Class of International Strategy at HEC Management School – University of Liège.
He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Master of Commercial Engineering from University of Liège. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his 3 children, wife, friends and family. Avid Sport fan, he likes cheering for his local football team, devotes time as board member of his field hockey club and enjoys running.
