She is a trusted advisor for integrated companies, as well as contract service providers in the pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, automotive and other regulated industries. Bringing extensive cross-industry consulting expertise to her executive recruitment and C-suite succession work, she is focused on driving leadership, talent and organizational development initiatives for clients in all stages of their lifecycle, particularly during growth, expansion and transformation phases.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Orsolya worked at Ipsos, where she served clients in the consumer, services, telecommunications, financial services, and public sectors. With Egon Zehnder since 2006, she has established a distinct track record with a diverse clientele in Central and Southeast Europe.
Orsolya holds an MA in Psychology from the University of Debrecen, an MBA from the HEC School of Management in Paris, and was a visiting researcher at the University of Amsterdam. A certified sports psychologist and lifelong learner, she is an adept user of innovative coaching approaches and psychometric frameworks facilitating personal development. Her interests include habits, addiction, lifestyle medicine, exercise and performance. She is the Member of the Board with the local chapter of a global not-for profit organization, creating and rolling out programs which educate, enable and empower talented young adults from underprivileged backgrounds.
