Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Niranjana spent a number of years with McKinsey & Co., in their Chicago and Dubai offices. As an Engagement Manager, she initially focused on strategy consulting for industrial and consumer clients. More recently she was a leader on that firm’s client capability team, where she oversaw leadership development programs for clients globally. Niranjana started her career as a Corporate Finance analyst at KPMG in Mumbai, where she also spent her formative years.
Niranjana earned a BE in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
