Pat Robinson, based in Chicago, is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Services and Industrial Practices. He is also active in the firms Supply Chain/Operations and Private Capital Groups. He is a strategic advisor to clients on critical talent needs and balances his focus to include Leadership Assessment and Board Advisory work. Pat focuses on building the talent pipeline for Chief Executives, Commercial Leaders, Supply Chain/Operations leaders, and General Managers for both public and private equity backed organizations.

I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients to understand their unique leadership challenge and then helping to identify and evaluate thoughtful solutions for them.

Pat earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He also completed his MBA from Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business. Outside of work, Pat enjoys endurance sports, cooking, rooting on Chicago’s sports teams and spending time with friends and family.
