Arthur Leung co-leads Egon Zehnder’s Private Capital and Asset Management Practices for Asia Pacific, and is also an active member of the firm’s Financial Services and Global CEO/Board Practices. He is a trusted and passionate advisor to asset management, private equity, banking clients and family business owners across governance, leadership and broad strategic topics.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Arthur served as the Head of Regional Strategy and Business Development Asia Pacific at Deutsche Bank AG, where he supported the bank’s Asia Pacific’s CEO and leadership team on strategy, governance, and operational matters across 14 markets. Prior to that, he held the role of Group Strategy Director at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as a key member of the wholesale banking strategy team after working in investment banking at HSBC in Hong Kong. Arthur launched his career as an accountant at KPMG’s audit & assurance and transaction advisory practices in Canada.
Arthur holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and accounting from Queen’s University in Canada and completed an MBA at INSEAD in France and Singapore, majoring in strategy and general management. He is a chartered professional accountant registered in Canada. Arthur is married, has three children, and speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Besides mentoring students and young professionals outside of work, Arthur also enjoys sailing, skiing and tennis with family and friends.
