Before joining Egon Zehnder, Jessica served as Marketing Director at MSD, where she led the launch of a COVID antiviral drug in China. She also held strategic roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, and Commercial Excellence Directors. Previously, she worked at global leading management consulting firm named Booz Allen Hamilton (currently Strategy&) for over 10 years.
Jessica holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a master’s in mathematical statistics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, solving Sudoku puzzles, and hiking to explore nature.

贺佳拥有美国麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院MBA、上海财经大学数理统计学硕士和上海交通大学应用数学学士。闲暇时，她喜欢打网球、玩数独游戏和徒步旅行。
