Yan is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s global Industrial and Industrial Tech practice, currently based in London. Previously she led Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice in Greater China. Yan’s expertise lies in identifying and placing board members and senior executives across cultures and sectors for companies operating in a global context. Additionally, she dedicates a significant portion of her time to supporting the development of individual executives and top teams, and advises clients on their c-suite successions.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yan served as the General Manager leading Honeywell Global Gasoline Business, based in Switzerland. She has also held several senior positions at Honeywell, driving product management, commercial, strategy and M&A. Before joining Honeywell, Yan spent five years with Deloitte Management Consulting, where she focused on B2B technology and service sector.
Yan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Shanghai International Studies University in China and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

加入亿康先达之前，耿雁曾任霍尼韦尔交通系统业务集团的全球汽油发动机业务总经理，常驻瑞士。此前，她在霍尼韦尔历任各项高管职务，负责推动产品管理、战略规划、商务销售和并购工作。职业早年，她曾在德勤咨询工作五年，专攻电信/媒体/科技业咨询服务。
耿雁是上海外国语大学文学士、INSEAD欧洲工商管理学院MBA。工作之余，她喜欢和孩子们一起旅行和绘画。
