Yan Lu is Partner of Egon Zehnder and leader of China Industrial Practice. She brings deep expertise in the industrial and other sectors when serving clients on CEO, other C-level, board positions and leadership development. She advises multinational corporations, local privately-owned and state-owned enterprises throughout their acquisitions, transformations and high-growth stages. Yan is also passionate and active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO Succession, Executive and Senior Leadership Team Development, and Board Consulting practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yan was Managing Director of Fire & Security in China for United Technology. Earlier, she was President of GE Security in China, and also 12 years in US and Canada as Global Marketing Director for Oil & Gas, and Commercial Leader for Energy & Asset Performance with General Electric.
Yan has a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Maritime University and a Master of Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. She has also completed the Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

加入亿康先达之前，陆雁是UTC联合技术消防安防公司中国区董事总经理。在此之前，她曾任通用电气集团GE安防公司大中华区总裁，职业早年，她曾在美国和加拿大的12年期间曾任GE油气业务全球营销总监和能源与资产绩效部门商务总监。
陆雁是加拿大多伦多大学工业工程硕士、上海海事大学机械工程学士，且有美国弗吉尼亚大学达顿商学院高管研修资历。
