Brent Magnuson, based in Dallas, focuses on CEO succession, C-Suite and Board work. He led Egon Zehnder’s global Retail, Apparel and Luxury Goods Practice from 2009-2019. He advises boards, CEOs, and leadership teams on succession planning, talent acquisition, and executive leadership development. Brent is also active across Egon Zehnder’s CEO, Board Consulting, and Digital practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Brent was Vice President of Consumer Industries & Retail with Electronic Data Systems. Prior to that, he held several executive positions at the Bombay Company, including EVP of Merchandising & Marketing. Brent launched his career in Price Waterhouse’s retail consulting division, called Management Horizons, working with clients to implement new technologies and processes.
Brent earned a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is devoted to his family and enjoys sports and travel.
