Le Ly, Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s Dallas office, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Health and Consumer practices with expertise in supply chain and operations. She is a trusted advisor to CDMO, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, and health services clients. Le guides organizations in executive search, succession planning, accelerated integration, leadership assessment and development, and diversity and inclusion. She is passionate about supporting organizations undergoing significant change and building the next generation of leaders.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Le was a Principal with Boston Consulting Group, where she worked with health-care, consumer goods, and financial services clients. Le began her career at Goldman Sachs as an Equity Analyst covering the U.S. Specialty Pharmaceuticals sector.
Le has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, in Canada, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, her husband and two children keep her busy with their activities, which include soccer, gymnastics, swimming, music lessons, and Legos.
