He has also developed strong relationships in the Middle East as the founder and leader of Egon Zehnder’s Dubai office and is active in the global CEO, Industrial, Digital, and Coaching practices.

Working around the world with diverse clients has inspired Benoît. Before joining Egon Zehnder, he was a Project Manager in the United States and France as part of the Global Energy practice of Booz Allen & Hamilton. He also worked as a Location Manager for Schlumberger Wireline Services in Latin America.
Benoît earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and engineering degrees from Paris’ Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Ecole Polytechnique.
