Based in Paris, Jean Vigneron is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Retail, Apparel and Luxury Goods and Consumer Products practices. He leverages his extensive hands-on entrepreneurial experience and deep industry insights to help international corporations as well as midsized and family-owned companies achieve their objectives. Jean also has a keen interest in helping clients manage inclusivity and diversity topics, and especially in integrating talented individuals with disabilities.

Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Jean was a partner of Agent Secret, an executive search agency specialized in creative industries, and a cofounder of Second Nature, an interior design company that serves both corporate and private clients. He began his career as a junior international project manager at the Ruinart champagne house.
Jean earned a BS from the University of London and a master’s degree in management and marketing from Sciences Po Paris. Outside work his interests include craftsmanship, the fine arts, and oenology.
