Raphaël Czuwak is Managing Partner for Egon Zehnder in France and member of the Board of Directors of Egon Zehnder. Previously, he led the Firm’s global Financial Services Practice. He joined the firm in 2001. Over this period, he has conducted many executive searches, across countries, as well as leadership development interventions in the field of assessment, development and coaching of senior executives and teams.
Being in the service of leaders, teams, and organizations to accomplish their goals as professionals and as human beings, is what drives me. I believe in a leadership which is inclusive, generous, humanistic and responsible.
Raphaël has trained with some of the thought leaders in the field of leadership development, including Carol Kaufman (Chair of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard), Erica Fox (co-founder of Mobius Leadership and author of « Winning from within »), Bob Kegan (Adult Development and Immunity to Change), Jennifer Cohen (somatics coaching), Jacques-Antoine Malarewicz (systemic approach) and Richard Schwartz (« Internal Family Systems »). Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Raphaël worked as a Consultant with McKinsey & Company, based in Paris and Warsaw. Previously, he worked in structured finance at Banque Indosuez in Paris.
Raphaël has a BA in business economics from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is married with three children and composes (classical) music in his spare time.
