Connect With Me

Based in Paris, Vincent Ravanas is a trusted advisor to business leaders, executive teams, and boards at public corporations, private equity-portfolio companies, and family-owned businesses. He is a core member of the Industrial, Family Business Advisory, Board Consulting, and CEO practices.

I feel profoundly useful to society at large when I get a chance to advise a leader on his or her most complex people issues. This is my contribution to making the world of tomorrow a better place to be in for my four children.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Vincent was a VP Strategy and ran a California-based business unit with Pechiney, a global aluminum producer. Previously, he was a Strategy Consultant with Monitor Company in London, Frankfurt, and Paris. He began his career as a Financial Analyst with Banque Nationale de Paris in New Delhi.

Vincent has an MA in business economics from ESSEC Business School in Paris and an MA in political science from Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris. He is passionate about family and interested in political and social issues at large.
