Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Rajiv held significant senior roles, including Chief Learning Officer at Accenture, where he was part of the Global Leadership Council. He also worked with McKinsey & Co. as a senior consultant and played a pivotal role in establishing the McKinsey Leadership Institute. He is a certified leadership coach from New Ventures West and holds specialized certifications, such as Gallup StrengthsFinder and Hogan Personality Assessments.
Rajiv holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Calicut, India, and an MBA specializing in human resources and organizational behavior from XLRI Jamshedpur. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
