Connect With Me

Based in London, Andrea Berlin is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Healthcare practice groups as well as a core member of the Human Resources Functional Team across sectors. She is a trusted advisor to clients on large-scale transformations and helping organization scale their business from a talent perspective, particularly when these have a digital or private equity focus. Andrea also enjoys supporting clients in the assessment and development of internal talent across industries, beyond executive search.

What energizes me is finding a creative solution that the client wouldn’t have thought of and convincing them to take a chance on it. I love building trusting relationships that lead to unexpected outcomes.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Andrea was with McKinsey & Company, advancing from analyst to ultimately heading the people and practice management of McKinsey’s Transformation Practice across EMEA. She began her professional career leading service transformation efforts across the National Health Service in East London.

Andrea earned a dual-degree BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSc in healthcare commissioning from the University of Birmingham, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Proud to have grown up in Pittsburgh, she holds both British and U.S. citizenship (and soon to be German!). When not working, Andrea stays busy playing outdoors with her three young kids and listening to travel podcasts of far away adventures.
