Before joining Egon Zehnder, Clint held talent management roles at SunGard, initially as Director of Organizational Effectiveness and then as Global Head of Talent and finally Global Head of Sales Talent. Earlier, Clint focused on strategic searches at Deloitte as its National Recruiting Leader. He launched his career as a counselor for troubled teens before working in staffing in the technology sector.
Clint holds a BA in psychology from the University of Kentucky. He is fervently devoted to his wife and two daughters and enjoys consuming content of all kinds, playing and watching soccer, and improvisation.
