Antonio Martínez Dalmau, based in Madrid, helps clients in Europe and Latin America fill executive positions, in addition to advising board members and providing leadership assessment and development services. He is active across Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Professional Services and Private Capital practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder’s team, Antonio was a Madrid-based Partner in PwC’s Strategy & Operations Group, where he helped build its strategic consulting practice and also led the global renewables and energy strategy practices in Spain and Mexico. Before that, he was a Senior Consultant for strategy and financial services at Accenture. Antonio began his career at Lucent Technologies.
Antonio earned a BSc in electronic engineering and a BSc in physics from the Complutense University of Madrid. In his spare time, he reads widely on topics ranging from quantum mechanics to evolutionary psychology.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Antonio was a Partner in the Strategy & Operation Group at PwC, based in Madrid, where he helped build PwC’s strategy consulting practice from the ground up and gained extensive experience advising companies in acquisitions, strategic positioning, and synergies quantification, working closely with a range of companies to define their business strategies and navigate the deal process. Previously, Antonio was global Co-Head of the Renewable Practice at PwC and led the Energy strategy practice in Spain and Mexico, where PwC has been a reference in the market. Earlier, Antonio was a Senior Consultant of Strategy and Financial Services at Accenture. He began his career at Lucent Technologies.
Antonio earned a BSc in Electronic Engineering and a BSc in Physics from University Complutense of Madrid.
