Ana Paula González is a trusted leadership advisor that partners with leaders at Board, Investor and Management levels at the intersection of VC & PE, Tech, and Climate and Renewable Energy themes. She brings to her work a deep passion to transform organizations through conscious leadership and pushing the sustainability agenda forward; as well as 15 years of experience in PE, VC, Tech, and Climate.

Prior to Egon Zehnder, Ana led SoftBank’s investment platform out of Miami. Previously, she was at 500 Startups (now 500 Global) where she built and led a global team to invest in and accelerate high growth tech startups across Latam, Europe, MENA, and APAC. Prior to 500, Ana was part of the team that raised and deployed one of the first impact investment funds in Latin America, Adobe Capital. Adobe was part of the New Ventures platform for social & environmental entrepreneurship, which she also helped grow to a regional scale.
Ana began her career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where she was in the team that grew the firm’s Private Equity practice in Latin America. Ana graduated summa cum laude from Tec de Monterrey in Guadalajara, Mexico with a BA in International Business, while spending an exchange year at ESCP-EAP Europe in Paris. She obtained an MBA with dean’s honors from Columbia Business School.
