Dr. Laura Luelsdorf leads Egon Zehnder’s Public and Social Sector Practice in the Middle East and is an active member of our Healthcare Practice. She globally co-leads the Education segment for the firm. Her technical background and extensive international experience make her a trusted advisor to governments and private sector clients across the region. Laura’s experience covers a large array of services, from executive search to leadership assessments, individual and leadership team development or culture transformation.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Laura worked for the Boston Consulting Group in the Middle East for over a decade, supporting regional clients on their most strategic issues and transformations. Through her work, she gained a deep understanding for the region’s key leadership opportunities and is dedicated to supporting businesses and governments through human capital development. Before that, Laura gained experience working for international organizations, such as NATO Headquarters and the European Parliament in Brussels or the United Nations in Geneva.
Laura earned a PhD and an MA in International Cultural & Business Studies from Passau University, Germany and attended Harvard University as a Visiting Undergraduate Student. She has obtained various certifications in psychometric assessment methodologies and has successfully completed an executive education course at MIT in Neuroscience in Leadership.
