Eduen Mobayed has been a trusted advisor to leaders in the MENA region for more than a decade. As a founding member of the firm’s Middle East practice and its Managing Partner for 6 years, he has led across several sectors and leadership topics and transformations. In particular, he has been the Global Real Estate Segment Leader for the firm, as well as regional lead for Industrial and Energy, Real Estate and Construction, as well as family business topics and senior leadership development. His clients include regional and international diversified groups, conglomerates, government, NGOs, and family-owned businesses – for executive and non-executive needs.

Eduen has over 30 years of general management experience in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Eduen had 18 years of corporate experience where he held Vice President roles in ABB and SPX in Switzerland, as well as GM roles with GE, Westinghouse and Hubbell.

Eduen earned a BS in electrical engineering from Syracuse University in the U.S. and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
