Larissa leads Egon Zehnder’s Healthcare Practice in the Middle East and is an active member of our Services and Consumer Practice. She provides executive and board search as well as senior leadership development services and a variety of other leadership solutions for senior executives, at both local and global companies. Larissa brings a unique blend of psychological and business expertise as a dynamic force in understanding and navigating the complexities of human behavior within professional contexts.

Going through change together with leaders and their organizations is what inspires me the most.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Larissa was member of the management team in FrieslandCampina and was responsible for all commercial operations of the company in Russia and CIS. She started her career in Unilever Russia-Ukraine-Belorussia, where she held several Director positions, including Key Account Director and Customer & Shopper Marketing Director roles.

A Clinical Psychologist by education, Larissa holds a Diploma in Clinical Psychoanalysis from the Moscow Serbsky Institute, coupled with a Master’s Degree with Honors in Clinical Psychology from the Russian State Social University. She has also earned a Master’s degree in Psychoanalysis in Business and Executive Coaching from the Moscow Higher School of Economics - INSEAD and holds an MBA from Leti-Lovanium International Business School. She has obtained various certifications in organization development, talent assessment and coaching, including Certified Organizational Consultant (CFAR 2021), Practitioner in Systemic Executive Coaching (2021), and Hogan Assessment Certification (2020). In addition to this, she is a Registered Analytic Network Coach (ANC, London, 2018), committed to advancing in the field of psychology, seamlessly integrating theory with practical applications and supporting senior leaders transforming themselves and their organizations.
