Majd AlTaher, based in Dubai, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Public & Social Sector and Services practices in the Middle East, focusing on helping clients find, assess, and develop leaders. He is valued for his strong functional expertise and years of hands-on experience advising clients in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa for defining their mandates, objectives, and delivery programs in the areas of real estate and housing, public policy, strategy, and organizational development and transformation.

I’m passionate about helping my clients create a stronger people environment for the leaders of tomorrow.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Majd spent a number of years at Kearney in the Middle East, advancing to the rank of Principal. During that time he helped clients define their real estate agendas and worked with them on projects related to public sector transformation and both national and regional development. Majd focused on defining strategy, building organizational capabilities, developing public private collaboration programs, and defining real estate mixes for large-scale projects.

Majd earned a bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree with honors from the American University of Beirut. He has coauthored several published papers. Outside work, Majd enjoys spending his time with his family and dogs, traveling, and doing volunteer work to support animal welfare.
