Established in 1971, Egon Zehnder's Milan office recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. We work with the Rome office to assist Italian and other clients.

Of our 19 consultants and 44 professional and support staff in Italy, the majority are based in Milan, where they serve multinationals in the oil-and-gas, financial services, consumer, telecoms, luxury, and fashion industries.
