Marc Normandin, based in Montreal, draws on his international experience when advising companies on board succession, C-suite and executive recruitment, as well as leadership development. His clients include global multinationals, public and private sector companies, and family owned enterprises across numerous industries. Marc is active in the firm’s Health, Industrial and Mining Practices and previously served as Managing Partner for Egon Zehnder in Canada.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Marc held numerous leadership positions with Air Liquide in Paris, Toronto, Houston, and Montreal. He notably served as Chief Operating Officer for VitalAire Canada and also as Vice President, Business Development for Air Liquide Healthcare where he led all growth initiatives for the group’s health business across the Americas.
Marc has a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD. He has served on several health-care boards and is a past member of the Young Presidents' Organization. Outside of work, Marc is an avid skier who enjoys spending time with his family.

Avant de se joindre à Egon Zehnder, Marc a occupé plusieurs postes de direction chez Air Liquide Paris, Toronto, Houston et Montréal. Il a notamment exercé les fonctions de chef de l’exploitation pour VitalAire Canada et de vice-président, Développement des affaires pour Air Liquide Healthcare, où il a dirigé les initiatives de croissance de la filiale santé sur le continent américain.
Marc détient un baccalauréat en ingénierie de l’Université McGill et une maîtrise en administration des affaires de l’INSEAD de Fontainebleau, en France. Il a siégé sur plusieurs conseils d’administration et fut membre de la Young President’s Organization (YPO).
