Before joining Egon Zehnder, Marilyne was an Associate Partner at McKinsey in Montreal. In that role, she focused on revenue growth transformations and digital marketing programs spanning from strategy to implementation for mid to large-scale consumer and retail companies across North America. Before that, she was an Audit Manager at Deloitte in Montreal where she focused on high-risk publicly traded companies.
Marilyne is a CPA, CA, and holds a BBA in Professional Accounting from HEC Montréal, where she received a Mercury distinction for academic and leadership excellence. She also received a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Professional Accounting from HEC Montréal. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. She is passionate about wellness, traveling, food, and wine.
