You never know when a single conversation can change someone's life or the future of an organization. I feel privileged to have these conversations every single day and continuously challenge myself to bring my energy and optimism to each interaction.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kamal built a diverse career in management consulting across multiple businesses. He began his career as a consultant at Stroud Consulting, focusing on operational transformations, and at ZS Associates where he specialized in pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategy. Most recently, he spent six years at McKinsey & Company, where he led large-scale transformation programs, driving performance impact through organizational effectiveness and culture, influencing behavior change at scale, and coaching leaders across 11 industries.

Kamal holds a B.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, attending live comedy shows, and experimenting with new recipes alongside his wife.
